The list is natural, the staff know it, and they will steer you somewhere interesting if you let them.
Orange wine is a thread through the list, alongside skin-contact whites, light reds, and the occasional pétillant naturel. Vinyl plays through the evenings. The pizza is its own recommendation — whatever they suggest, order it.
