Xenodocheio Milos opened in 2022 in a Ministry of Culture-designated landmark from the 1880s, on Kolokotroni directly opposite the Old Parliament. The 43-room hotel is the first property from Estiatorio Milos — Costas Spiliadis’s international Greek fine-dining group. Neoclassical proportions intact: high ceilings, marble bathrooms, individually designed rooms. The ground-floor restaurant draws Athens’s social set nightly. Syntagma Square is three minutes on foot.

Xenodocheio Milos opened in February 2022 inside an 1880s neoclassical building on Kolokotroni, directly opposite Old Parliament House — a structure designated a cultural landmark by the Greek Ministry of Culture in 1979. The conversion was handled by A1 Architects with interiors by Divercity and Nikolas Travasaros, who kept the proportions intact: soaring ceiling heights, marble bathrooms, and 43 individually designed rooms and suites.
The hotel is the first property from Estiatorio Milos, the international Greek fine-dining group founded by Costas Spiliadis — whose restaurants in New York, London and Montreal built a following long before he turned to Athens. The ground-floor Estiatorio Milos serves fish from the Aegean: minimal intervention, exceptional sourcing. Whole fish baked in sea salt, raw bar, Greek ceviche, oysters. The room fills with Athens’s social set nightly.
Above the restaurant: 43 rooms including nine suites with outdoor terraces, private Jacuzzis and views across to Lycabettus Hill. Rooftop yoga and Pilates. Spa with Elemis treatments. Milos Bar with cocktails and a wine list curated to a Stavros Xarchakos soundtrack. Syntagma Square is three minutes on foot.
