Ten Twenty Club is the racquet-sports-and-wellness chapter of the complex. Padel courts (the Spanish-Argentine import that took Greece by storm), tennis courts, the new arrival pickleball, plus a wellness pavilion with an ice bath and sauna. The conceit is country club, reimagined: morning game, sea swim, recovery, lunch, repeat. Opened 2024. The interiors are airy, dark wood and sand, no logos louder than the sea.

The membership model runs in tiers but visitors can book courts and treatments by the hour through the app. Coaching available. Pro shop on site. Hardest slots to get are evening padel between six and eight; book a week ahead in season. The walk to the sea is two minutes; the walk back is for cooling down.

Combine with a sunbed day at Athines By The Sea — same gate, different ticket. Add a meal at Bloom or Toro del Mar in the same complex. The Voula tram lands you here from Syntagma in about forty minutes; the drive is half that out of rush hour.
