Magdalena Aperitivo

Cheeses, cured meats and olives brought almost entirely from Italy: Piave, cave-aged Tuscan pecorino, finocchiona, mortadella. Five lightly sparkling cocktails on tap open the list; the Milano-Torino family, Negroni, Americano, Sbagliato and Garibaldi, is its centre.

Neos Kosmos

Trio Noon Bar

Nikolas Ntais, Michalis Christou and Hektor Liatsos asked architect Elina Loukou to work around what was already there: the quartz mosaic floor and the glass walls. Twisted classics made with precision, a short natural-wine list, and Babis Axiotis's grilled cheese with kimchi mayonnaise.
