Kypseli.

Kypseli is one of Athens' oldest and most vibrant neighborhoods. Developed mainly during the 1930s–1970s, it is known for its mix of elegant neoclassical buildings, modern apartment blocks, and tree-lined streets. Once one of the city's most fashionable residential areas, Kypseli has evolved into a lively, multicultural district with a thriving café culture, independent shops, art spaces, and nightlife. At its heart is Fokionos Negri, a popular pedestrian avenue lined with cafés and restaurants. Another landmark is the Kypseli Municipal Market, a restored historic market that now hosts cultural events, local businesses, and community activities. Today, Kypseli is celebrated for its creative atmosphere, diverse community, and blend of historic charm and contemporary urban life.
