Anthology of Athens is a five-star cultural boutique hotel on Leoforos Syngrou, steps from the Temple of Olympian Zeus and a Member of The Leading Hotels of the World. It holds a Michelin Key (2025), LEED Gold certification, and the Green Key. Biophilic design runs through the building — vertical gardens, a planted atrium, rooftop terrace — alongside a spa, two restaurants, and eight room categories with Acropolis or temple views.

Anthology of Athens sits at no. 4 on Leoforos Andrea Syngrou, the wide avenue that links central Athens to the coast, with the Acropolis above and the Temple of Olympian Zeus across the street. It opened as a five-star member of The Leading Hotels of the World and was awarded a Michelin Key in 2025 — among the first Greek hotels to receive one. LEED Gold certification and the international Green Key followed, placing it among the more credentialed sustainable hotels in the city.
The design philosophy is biophilic: cascading vertical gardens, a planted green atrium, and a rooftop terrace that is also home to The Botany, the hotel’s flagship restaurant serving modern Greek cuisine with Acropolis views. The spa is called Balaneion — a reference to the ancient Greek bathhouse — and operates across dedicated treatment rooms. The Peristyle Bistro handles lighter daytime eating around an internal courtyard.
Eight room and suite categories run from Superior Rooms to the Zeus Presidential Suite, most with private balconies and views of the Temple of Olympian Zeus or Dionysiou Areopagitou Street. The top suite stretches to 60 m² with an outdoor jetted tub and Acropolis views. The neighbourhood is Makrygianni, which also contains the Acropolis Museum — a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance.
