The Twenty One is the first Athens hotel from Alex and Philip Varveris — the brothers who made The Wild Hotel by Interni one of the best addresses in Mykonos. They brought the same instinct north, to Kifissia.
Twenty-one rooms, all different, all by Interni Studio. Dark wood wardrobes, eclectic furniture with bronze details, a three-dimensional piece called Punto by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. The design quietly echoes Kifissia's mansion tradition — the lavish northern suburb where Athenian money has always gone to breathe — without trying to recreate it.
Five of the rooms are two-storey. Ten have private balconies looking onto the garden. Kolokotroni 21 is a quiet address, which in Kifissia means surrounded by plane trees.
